We are looking for highly skilled Customer Support Agents to provide exceptional service to our U.S.-based HEALTHCARE clients. As a part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Adapt communication style to align with U.S. cultural and business norms.

What We’re Looking For

1. Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools like CRMs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

2. Traits:

  • Empathy and patience to deal with a variety of customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Time management and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Adaptability to U.S. cultural norms and business expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer support role (preferably for U.S. or international clients).
  • Availability to work night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
  • Can commute to Bahria Town, Phase 7, Islamabad.
