Content Strategist / Marketing Specialist

The Content Strategy and Marketing Specialist at UPEPE Media will be at the helm of devising and implementing our content strategy. This role is a blend of content strategizing and marketing responsibilities, aimed at broadening our digital footprint and deriving maximum value from content.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market and competition research to unearth new content opportunities and trends.
Craft detailed content outlines and robust strategies for content creation, distribution, and promotion across diverse channels.
Manage a meticulous content calendar to maintain a consistent publication schedule.
Collaborate with our creative team to churn out high-caliber content that aligns with our brand ethos and business objectives.
Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to refine future content strategies.
Oversee content editing endeavors, ensuring precision, consistency, and superior quality in all published material.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2-4 years in content marketing, including SEO optimization and blog writing.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and adeptness in SEO strategies.
Experience in proposal and presentation creation.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creativity coupled with a strategic mindset to propel business goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to function independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (6 PM to 3 AM) - Please note, these work timings are final and non-negotiable.
