MedAsk (Pvt.) Ltd. seeks an experienced Retail Pharmacist with a minimum of three years in a retail pharmacy environment and a Pharm-D degree. The ideal candidate will oversee the accurate dispensing of medications, provide expert patient counseling, and manage prescription verification processes. This role demands a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and the ability to maintain precise inventory control to ensure the availability of essential medications. Additionally, the Retail Pharmacist will lead and coordinate a team of seven pharmacy staff to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

The Retail Pharmacist is responsible for upholding ethical standards in prescription management, guiding patients on medication use, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes. Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately following legal and company guidelines.
- Provide clear and compassionate counseling to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Verify the authenticity and appropriateness of prescriptions before dispensing medications.
- Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Lead, train, and supervise a pharmacy team of seven, fostering collaboration and maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies related to medication safety and pharmacy operations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of prescriptions, patient information, and inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient medication needs and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Implement and promote best practices in medication management and retail pharmacy operations.
- Manage and resolve any pharmacy-related issues or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
