We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee data, processing paperwork, and assisting with recruitment activities. The role will be based online and will require working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data by maintaining accurate employee files, and tracking employee information.
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist with onboarding activities such as conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Process HR-related paperwork including employee contracts, offer letters, and termination documents.
  • Assist with performance management activities by tracking performance reviews and preparing related documentation.
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college-level courses in HR or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
