• Support the kitchen in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Managing stock control, rotation, and inventory
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes and production schedules
  • Contribute to the planning of menus, orders, and kitchen organization
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation and service areas
  • Deputize for the Chef Manager when needed
  • Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Assist in adapting menus as appropriate for specific dietary requirements
  • Complete audit and quality standard documentation
  • Manage resources effectively and display good communication skills
