Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to provide outstanding support to customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

Both fresh and experienced are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in using computer
Flexible and adaptable to changes in process and workflow.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on cold calling or lead generation.
Ability to make a high volume of cold calls per day

Timing: 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift) | (Monday to Friday)

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Language: Fluent in English (Required)
