Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and manage own and team targets sales by providing coaching, training and guidance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors vendors, and industry partners and key end users
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and marketing
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
