Ecommerce Executive

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end operations of the companys Shopify-based D2C ecommerce store.
Handle Shopify administration tasks such as processing orders, managing product variants and SKUs, and overseeing inventory across multiple locations.
Coordinate cash on delivery (COD) fulfillment, manage return to origin (RTO) cases, and collaborate with courier partners to resolve shipment issues.
Reconcile courier remittances accurately against store orders and handle dispute resolutions effectively with logistics providers.
Implement on-page SEO strategies and optimize Shopify store content to increase organic search rankings and improve site traffic.
Conduct keyword research to enhance product descriptions and metadata to drive relevant customer traffic.
Analyze store performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets, producing reports to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to promote products and enhance conversion rates across the ecommerce platform.
Maintain clear and effective communication in Urdu and English with internal teams, suppliers, couriers, and customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency.
