Maxell Power is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in typing with high speed and accuracy and experienced in managing data efficiently using various data entry software tools. This role requires a focused individual who can maintain integrity and confidentiality of information while handling large volumes of data. The candidate should hold a minimum qualification of FA, FSC, ICS, or a BS degree and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
In this role, the Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our company databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The operator collaborates with different departments to gather, verify, and compile data to support organizational needs. Strong knowledge of file management and database systems will be essential to streamline data processes effectively. This is an individual contributor position without team management responsibilities, ideal for someone who works best with autonomous and task-driven assignments.
Responsibilities
- Enter accurate and timely data into the companys systems and databases using designated data entry software.
- Maintain and update existing data in databases to ensure it remains current and accurate.
- Verify data by comparing it with original documents and correcting information where necessary.
- Manage and organize electronic and paper files systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security standards are strictly followed in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather required data and clarify discrepancies.
- Perform routine backups to prevent data loss and ensure consistency of records.
- Identify and report data entry errors and inconsistencies for resolution.
- Assist in generating reports from databases as requested by management.
- Utilize database management techniques to improve data collection and storage processes.
- Maintain a high typing speed and data accuracy rate to meet company targets and deadlines.
