We are a DHA, Lahore based firm providing Architectural, Construction & Interior services to our clients. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can fulfill the following responsibilities.Familiarizing with all services offered by our company and seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Networking with potential clients and companies to form business relationships
- Discovering new business leads by identifying new markets and business segments
- Receive all leads generated by the marketing department and convert prospects into clients.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Must have the ability to manage multitasks.
- Maintaining record of quotations and contracts, etc.
Qualification & Experience
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing. (min BBA)
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Effective analytical and presentation skills.
- 2+ years of experience in construction/ interior design/ office Fit-out/ Digital Marketing, will be preferred.
