Mavericks United is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer with at least 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of VPNs and internet connections. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPNs.
- Maintain and optimize internet connections for the company’s network.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to design and implement network solutions.
- Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of VPN configuration and management.
- Familiarity with various internet connection types and their troubleshooting.
- Experience with network monitoring and performance tools.
- Understanding of network security practices and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred but not required.
