We are seeking highly creative and multi-talented Senior Graphic Designers and Video Animators with a strong background in visual communication and multimedia for remote work at Maven Logix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging graphics and animations that align with our brand and communicate our messages effectively.
- Liaising with various departments to determine their requirements, timescale.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
- Independently manage video animation and production, handling projects from concept development through to execution.
- Write scripts, develop storyboards, and create voiceovers and transitions for various multimedia projects.
- Create engaging and complex video animations for different projects, by selecting applicable audio, graphic, special effects, 2d animation, and 3d animation styles for each project.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs and deliver design/video solutions that meet their objectives.
- Work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and video animation, with a proven track record of success in mid-level to senior roles.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Animate CC and After Effects.
- Good knowledge of AI tools for design and video production.
- Strong ability to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for various multimedia content.
- Experience with voiceover work and knowledge of effective transition techniques.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and animation work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
