We are looking for an experienced Master Trainer / Tele Teacher based in DHA, Lahore, to lead the educational and training components of our project. This role focuses on delivering engaging learning sessions to students while supporting the professional development of government school teachers. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, digital learning, and teacher development, with a goal to enhance student learning through innovative and interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging learning sessions tailored specifically for students.
- Conduct Library & Reading activities alongside Digital/Smart Learning sessions.
- Provide foundational training in Computer and IT skills.
- Support students in general school subjects through supplementary learning initiatives.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, activities, and other educational resources.
- Facilitate teacher training and capacity-building workshops.
- Guide teachers in the effective use of smart learning tools and digital educational resources.
- Assess student participation and monitor their learning progress regularly.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments as required.
- Provide constructive feedback to both teachers and project management teams.
- Ensure all learning activities are interactive, inclusive, and age-appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of student participation and teacher training sessions.
- Coordinate efficiently with school teachers and administration during field visits.
- Mentor and provide guidance to trainers and learning support staff.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Computer Science, IT, English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching or training.
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in teacher training, digital learning, educational technology, or curriculum development is highly desirable.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs70,000.
- The role requires in-person work at the DHA location in Lahore.
