- Manage entry and exit points by verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue temporary passes when necessary.
Incident Response:
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies promptly.
- Investigate and report suspicious activities to management or local authorities as needed.
- Provide first aid or basic assistance during medical emergencies.
Crime Deterrence:
- Act as a visible deterrent to criminal activities, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to supervisors.
Customer Service:
- Assist employees, visitors, or customers with inquiries and directions.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional demeanor while enforcing rules and regulations.
Safety Compliance:
- Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of security equipment, including fire alarms and locks.
- Conducted safety drills and assisted in implementing safety protocols.
