  • Procurement and Tendering:

    • Prepare tender documents and assist in the tendering process.
    • Analyze tender bids and recommend the most suitable contractors or suppliers.
    • Support in negotiating contract terms with suppliers and contractors.
  • Cost Control and Monitoring:

    • Track the financial progress of projects, identifying potential cost overruns.
    • Prepare cost reports and financial statements for clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide advice on cost-saving measures and strategies to maintain project profitability.
  • Measurement and Valuation:

    • Conduct site visits to measure quantities and ensure work is being completed as per the plans and specifications.
