1. Electrical Operations Management:

Plan, schedule, and execute electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and status updates.

3. Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and support staff.
Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training for skill development.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation within the team.

4. Compliance and Standards:

Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, inspections, and maintenance activities.

5. Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage the budget for electrical operations and projects.
Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, materials, and tools.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Strategic Planning:

Contribute to long-term planning for infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
Stay updated on technological advancements and assess their applicability to the organization.
