Financial Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.
Reconciliation and Reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Compliance and Auditing
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Taxation
- Prepare and submit tax returns as per statutory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, income tax).
Communication and Liaison
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., banks, auditors, and vendors).
- Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and reports.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
- Suggest and adopt tools/software for better financial management.
