A Marketing Manager is required for a reputed cosmetic company as per the following criteria.

  • Lead the development of marketing plans with relevant stakeholders to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growth and profitability.
  • Oversee market research projects on consumer/customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Spearheaded strategic execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget and resource needs including the development and management of annual marketing budget.
  • Liaison with the Sales function, identify needs/opportunities, develop pricing and distribution strategies for Company brands.
  • Coach and develop the team by reviewing pipeline, resolving challenges, and presenting possible solutions.
  • Develop key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market insights and forecasts on competitive analysis and consumer trends and translate analysis in actionable items for the marketing team.
  • Participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and providing post-event reports and analysis.
  • Ability to revamp brand identity and packaging.
  • Flexibility to travel locally and internationally from time to time.
  • Ability to work with local and international suppliers for product innovations, existing product improvements, and other aesthetical/technical developments.
  • Ability to work with packaging suppliers regarding packaging improvements.
  • Track competitive brands and recommend subsequent implementation of counter strategies.
  • Regular market visits and to report the latest trends and prices and demand of cosmetic products.
  • Design BTL campaigns from strategy to execution and to work closely with BTL teams.  
  • Planning and Monitoring.
  • Building Business/Customer Relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage Plans and Budgets.
  • Advanced Communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership & decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of Data Analysis and other Metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HTML, and other design Software.
  • Should be able to drive within Karachi.
