This position leads to an operations manager role within a year for candidates who demonstrate proficiency. The operations center is of a company in Australia and you will be working on behalf of the company, with the candidate representing them in their work.

This role offers a competitive salary of 70 K to 100 K (dependent on your English fluency and accent).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to staff inquiries and issues.
  • Manage staff rosters and schedule adjustments according to client and site requirements.
  • Inform clients about staffing issues, schedule changes, or site requirements as needed.
  • Handle client communications regarding additional staff or new site needs with responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Provide clear briefings to staff on their roles and responsibilities based on client requirements.
  • Utilize rostering software to publish staff shifts and ensure scheduling accuracy.
  • Email rosters to clients promptly, ensuring receipt confirmation and addressing inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, staff assignments, and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency or native English speaker with a similar organic fluent spoken command.
  • Relevant experience in an English-speaking environment with international clients.
  • Possesses a learning attitude.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Naturally active and eager to learn and grow. Ambitious.
