REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Grip on customer convincing are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
  • Basic Knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA & MS OFFICE Record Keeping
