Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations at our Karachi branch. The ideal candidate must have extensive managerial experience, a deep understanding of the BPO industry, and a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of all processes.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize workflows.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Address escalated issues, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive performance and operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proven expertise in managing diverse teams and meeting operational goals.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific tools and software.
