We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, talent management, and compliance. Experience in managing recruitment for Final Expense (FE) campaigns is a plus. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing the employee life cycle, and supporting the recruitment and on-boarding of high-performing teams for BPO campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Lead recruitment efforts for both operational and support roles in the BPO, focusing on high-volume hiring for Final Expense (FE) campaigns.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to forecast hiring needs and design recruitment strategies tailored to FE campaigns.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, utilizing various sourcing techniques, including job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure the recruitment process meets the specific requirements of Final Expense campaigns, including compliance with campaign standards.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring a fair and supportive approach.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce attrition, especially for Final Expense teams.
  • Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and regular feedback sessions to improve overall employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management & Development:
  • Lead the performance management process, ensuring goals are aligned with campaign targets, especially in FE campaigns.
  • Identify and implement training programs to enhance the skills of employees working on Final Expense campaigns and other BPO projects.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and industry regulations, with particular attention to the requirements of Final Expense (FE) campaigns.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date on BPO-specific HR practices and regulations.
  • HR Strategy & Planning:
  • Work with senior leadership to create HR strategies that support the business goals, particularly those related to FE campaigns.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Mandatory:
  • 5-8 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a BPO environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO industry is mandatory requirement.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, with experience managing large-scale hiring campaigns.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in Final Expense (FE) campaign hiring or recruitment for similar BPO campaigns.
  • Additional Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
