We are seeking an Experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales with a focus on technical or hardware products. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with educational institutions and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within educational institutions and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our products to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with market needs.
  • Provide actionable market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in selling technical hardware, industrial equipment, or related products.
  • Industry Background: Experience in industries such as technology hardware, industrial equipment, manufacturing solutions, or medical devices is highly valuable.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Other: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
