Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and take full ownership of the marketing function by developing and executing integrated strategies across digital, social, paid/performance, print, out-of-home, and emerging marketing channels. Manage and mentor the marketing team, which includes social media, performance/growth marketing, and design professionals, ensuring smooth workflows and scalability as the department grows.

Act as the primary account lead and client liaison, managing relationships by understanding client objectives, presenting strategies and results, and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Translate client goals into actionable campaign plans, briefs, and deliverables, overseeing execution across paid and organic channels while holding the team accountable to deadlines and quality standards.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign performance, and report measurable outcomes. Use data-driven insights to optimize budget allocation, targeting, and creative assets. Identify and experiment with new marketing channels and tactics to expand client reach and improve results. Collaborate closely with company leadership on marketing positioning, budgeting, and the growth of the marketing services offering.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with proven success in leading campaigns across multiple channels. Demonstrated ability to manage and direct a marketing team while handling multiple projects or clients simultaneously.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media, performance/paid media, and content, complemented by working knowledge of design and print/out-of-home execution. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with diverse accents. Experience in client-facing roles, comfortable managing relationships and presenting to stakeholders. A reliable remote work setup, including stable internet and a professional environment, is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts concurrently is highly valued. Hands-on familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta and Google Ads, analytics tools, SEO, email marketing, and design collaboration software is preferred. Experience in building or scaling a marketing team or function from an early stage is an advantage.

A portfolio showcasing measurable campaign results, including return on ad spend (ROAS), lead growth, engagement, and revenue impact, will strengthen your application.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Pakistan. You will have ownership of the entire marketing function with direct influence on client success. The role offers a leadership opportunity to shape and expand the marketing team. Competitive compensation starts from Rs150,000 per month.
