Marketing Expert (onsite/Night Shift)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Expert to join our team at our Rawalpindi office in Bahria Phase 7. This full-time, onsite role operates during the night shift and offers a unique opportunity to drive our brand’s growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and video editing. You will be responsible for developing engaging marketing materials, managing digital platforms, and supporting campaigns that strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective digital marketing and social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and audience engagement. Manage and grow the company’s social media channels by creating and scheduling posts, reels, videos, and other marketing content. Perform video editing for social media and promotional campaigns using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Maintain a detailed social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Stay updated on current social media trends and leverage opportunities to produce innovative and creative content. Write compelling captions, copy, and promotional materials that align with the company’s voice and branding standards. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing basic reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements. Collaborate closely with HR, management, and other departments to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall company goals. Ensure all marketing content adheres to branding guidelines and maintains a professional appearance.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is essential. Proficiency in video editing with familiarity in software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools is required. Strong creative abilities to produce engaging and visually appealing marketing content are necessary. Excellent written communication skills for crafting captions, copy, and promotional materials are important. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments is expected. Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and meet deadlines are essential. Candidates must be willing to work onsite during night shifts at the specified location.

Compensation and Work Location
This role offers a monthly salary in the range of Rs45,000 to Rs50,000. The position is based onsite at our office in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
