Marketing Expert (Onsite/Night shift)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Expert to join our team at our onsite location in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time position requires working night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and video editing. You will be responsible for developing engaging marketing content, managing digital platforms, and supporting campaigns that enhance our brand’s visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement and growth.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating compelling posts, reels, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Edit videos for social media, promotional, and marketing campaigns using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor social media trends to identify opportunities for innovative and creative content development.
- Write engaging captions, copy, and promotional content that align with the company’s brand messaging.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing basic reports to assess effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with HR, management, and other departments to support various marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing content adheres to company branding guidelines and maintains a high professional standard.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
- Strong content creation abilities, including writing engaging captions and promotional copy.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work onsite during night shift hours (6 PM to 3 AM).
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and coordinating with multiple departments.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
