The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to secure essential resources and funds for our programs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and fundraising plans.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundations.
- Design and implement innovative fundraising campaigns.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and utilize digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing and fundraising professionals.
- Manage fundraising budgets and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and fundraising in the non-profit sector.
- Proven success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and donor management software.

It is a non profit, non sectarian organization registered under the Societies Act.rnrn rnrnA well-knitted network of 157 control centres nationwide mostly in remote areas is functioning in close collaboration with provincial governments and providing services to the patients and communities free of charge. By the grace of Allah SWT and efforts of the team, Leprosy was controlled in 1996. MALC is also in the front to provide relief and rehabilitation to the poor and needy people affected by natural and man-made calamities and participates actively in the relief, reconstruction and rehabilitation activities in the earthquake and in various floods and draughts relief projects in the country.
