Operations Executive

Maraki K9 is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to lead and oversee daily operational activities within the organization. This full-time remote role focuses on managing and optimizing key processes to ensure seamless workflow execution and enhanced organizational performance. The Operations Executive plays a critical role in collaborating across various departments to align operations with strategic objectives while managing a team of 30 personnel. The ideal candidate applies robust operational strategies and data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness. The Operations Executive is responsible for monitoring operational performance metrics, conducting thorough data analysis, and generating actionable reports that inform decision-making and drive improvements. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management. The candidate must possess strong skills in operational strategy, team leadership, and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel, to navigate complex business environments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within Maraki K9.
Responsibilities

Direct and manage day-to-day operations to ensure optimal workflow and process efficiency.
Lead and supervise a team of 30 employees, providing guidance and support to meet operational targets.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordinated efforts across departments.
Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Generate detailed reports using data analysis and reporting tools to support management decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards and service levels.
Optimize resource allocation to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Identify potential risks within operational processes and develop mitigation plans.
Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and foster professional growth.
Use Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools for data tracking, reporting, and process analysis.
Maintain effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed about operational developments.
Support the implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving operational workflows.
