Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations, coordinating with team members and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Manage and lead a team of 40 personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and project efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement project schedules, allocating resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with project managers to establish project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of progress and challenges.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact operations.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, safety audits, and material usage, ensuring transparency in all engineering processes.
Facilitate open lines of communication between field staff, clients, and management to promote teamwork and resolve any project-related concerns.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports for stakeholder review.
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues that arise during the project lifecycle, applying innovative solutions to complex challenges.
