• Manage overall administrative activities for the office.
• Develop and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations including maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc
• Manage maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Prepare purchase orders & keep track of purchases and supplies.
• Manage office supplies including kitchen items.
• Monitor expenditures within authorized levels.
• Organize Conferences, events & functions.
• Allocate responsibilities to staff under command and assess performance
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned.
