We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager – Finance & Operations to join our team. This role is integral to managing the company’s finance functions, overseeing daily business operations, supporting human resources processes, and ensuring overall organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to driving sustainable growth by optimizing resources and improving operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance operations including bookkeeping, accounts management, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with taxation regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting, and vendor payment processes to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.
- Supervise day-to-day business operations and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- Support HR operations such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee documentation.
- Drive process improvements by collaborating with leadership to enhance operational growth and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, optimize resource utilization, and facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration among departments.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in finance, operations, administration, or corporate services.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in managing business operations, administration, and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to HR operations and employee coordination is preferred.
- Excellent leadership abilities, stakeholder management skills, and effective communication capabilities.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000.
