One of our clients is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, and performing financial analysis.
- Support client relationship management by assisting with client inquiries and maintaining client records.
- Participate in day-to-day business operations across different departments including commodity brokerage, stock broking, and real estate development.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at business growth and process improvement.
- Engage in structured training programs to develop a deep understanding of our business model and industry practices.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
