QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:
- Have 2-3 years of experience
- Proven experience as a recruiter or hiring agent, preferably in [mention specific industry or field if applicable
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
