Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly attitude.
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and walk-in customers efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Keep client records and salon schedules updated.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and retail products.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female
  • Age: 20-35 years
  • 2 Year Contract
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Friendly, presentable, and with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized.
