We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager Solar Operations for Solar Business start-up in USA.
Please do not apply if you do not have excellent English speaking skills and written English with US accent and those who are not able to work on NIGHT SHIFTS.
Location: Remote (Pakistan-based)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of solar operations including company registration processes, complete project management, on-boarding subcontractors, financing companies, distributors, all permits pulling and many other tasks to streamline the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the solar industry.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets, analyse financial data, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of solar professionals, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc)
- Proven experience in the solar industry, with a strong understanding of solar operations and project management.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, permits, and licensing processes in the USA.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and softwares.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
