Responsibilities:
- Craft customized social media posts that match clients' brands and catch the eye.
- Work closely with the marketing team to grasp client needs, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Spruce up templates with graphics, images, and illustrations.
- Use Figma, the industry standard, to design and prototype templates.
- Keep an eye on design trends and graphic designing best practices.
- Team up with copywriters to blend text and visuals seamlessly.
- Continuously refine templates based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Previous experience in graphic design, especially email templates, is a big plus.
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Solid grasp of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Keen attention to detail and a knack for creating visually stunning designs that align with brands.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills for sharing design ideas effectively.
- Self-motivated and eager to keep up with design trends and industry standards.
Salary Range: 30K - 50K Per Month
