Seeking a detail-oriented and innovative summer and winter wear specializing in clothing Designer to join our team. Responsible for analyzing fashion trends, managing design processes, and developing designs. Must ensure designs meet creative vision and production standards, maintain accurate technical data, and collaborate effectively with team members. Ideal candidate will have strong research skills and a passion for staying informed about market developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current and emerging fashion trends, collaborate on seasonal themes, and manage the design process from concept to final styling.
  • Develop and refine apparel design through research, innovation, and attention to detail, while creating or visualizing designs using hand sketches and CAD software.
  • Ensure new designs and fits meet both creative vision and production standards by developing and maintaining accurate size charts, grading tables, and other technical data for products, and creating functional garment patterns for products.
  • Maintain task sheets and records for all sizing, grading, and fitting data, and manage payment records for pattern masters and fit models.
  • Collaborate with pattern masters, assigning tasks and reviewing their work.
  • Coordinate with the sampling team to ensure timely and accurate sample development.
  • Schedule and conduct wearing tests with internal and external models, documenting feedback for pattern modifications.
  • Conduct monthly audits to identify recurring fit issues and implement corrective actions, while analyzing customer complaints related to fit and recommending pattern updates for high-return items.
  • Continuously research upcoming fashion trends and stay informed about market developments, providing the marketing team with accurate size charts, grading tables, and other technical data for product launches.
