Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on various aspects of digital marketing.
  • Design curriculum and course materials to cover topics such as social media marketing, search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Conduct interactive sessions and workshops to enhance participants' practical skills.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them understand and implement digital marketing strategies effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the education team to continuously improve the training program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in multiple areas such as social media marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with popular digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a desire to empower individuals in the field of digital marketing.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and SMM tools.
  • Expertise in campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.
  • Design, build, and maintain social media presence.
  • Remain current on developments in the teaching field for various learning styles, uses the latest supportive technology, and utilizes alternative delivery methods.
  • Proven working experience as a digital marketing expert monitoring SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook/Instagram Ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and industry practices in online marketing.

Time: 6 hr/week (slot for Saturday & Sunday)

Package: Per Lecture

Course duration: 3 months (12-24 lectures)

Experience: Maximum 3-5 years technical (Teaching experience would be a plus)
