We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Upwork Bidder having 1 years of experience to join our team who would be responsible for identifying suitable projects, crafting proposals, and helping us secure new clients through freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Search for relevant projects that align with the company's expertise.
Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
Maintain an updated profile on Upwork with relevant skills and portfolio items.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Work closely with the team to understand our service offerings and capabilities.
Handle client communication throughout the bidding process.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition.
Stay updated with freelance platform's policies and bidding strategies to maximize our visibility and success.

Requirements:

Minimum +2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals.
Familiarity with Upwork's bidding process and best practices.
Basic understanding of the services offered by our company.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Bachelors in Computer sciences
Knowledge of different Tech stacks ( .Net, ReactJs, AngularJs, React Native, )
