We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Upwork Bidder having 1 years of experience to join our team who would be responsible for identifying suitable projects, crafting proposals, and helping us secure new clients through freelance platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for relevant projects that align with the company\\\'s expertise.
- Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
- Maintain an updated profile on Upwork with relevant skills and portfolio items.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Work closely with the team to understand our service offerings and capabilities.
- Handle client communication throughout the bidding process.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition.
- Stay updated with freelance platform\\\'s policies and bidding strategies to maximize our visibility and success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals.
- Familiarity with Upwork's bidding process and best practices.
- Basic understanding of the services offered by our company.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Bachelors in Computer sciences
- Knowledge of different Tech stacks ( .Net, ReactJs, AngularJs, React Native, )
