We're expanding our reach on the Alibaba platform and are seeking an experienced Alibaba Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our presence on the Alibaba platform, including product listings, storefront design, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth on Alibaba.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and sales on Alibaba.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Alibaba marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Leverage Alibaba's tools and services, including participation in Alibaba's major sales events and campaigns (such as the 11.11 Global Shopping Festival, 6.18 Mid-Year Sale, and Super September), to maximize visibility and sales.
- Create targeted ad campaigns using Alibaba's advertising tools to enhance brand awareness and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our Alibaba activities and make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align Alibaba initiatives with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Alibaba Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of the Alibaba platform.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and strategies for maximizing sales and visibility on Alibaba.
- Familiarity with Alibaba's sales campaigns and events, and experience in developing strategies to leverage these opportunities.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
