Accounts Manager

Magnacrete (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting activities. This role requires a qualified professional with a background in Chartered Accountancy (CA INTER), ACCA, or ICMA, ideally with experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of general ledger activities. They will use their expertise in tax accounting and ERP software systems such as SAP and Oracle Financials to optimize financial reporting and control. The Accounts Manager will lead a small team of two professionals, guiding and mentoring them to maintain high-quality accounting standards and meet internal and external financial requirements. The position demands a detail-oriented individual who is capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including cost accounting, financial compliance, and the implementation of efficient accounting processes. Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in financial management within a manufacturing setup are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Manage the daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax accounting procedures efficiently.
Oversee costing and inventory valuation methods appropriate for the manufacturing industry.
Implement and maintain accounting systems, using ERP software such as SAP and Oracle Financials to streamline processes.
Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Lead and supervise a team of two accounting professionals, providing coaching and professional development.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure transparency in all financial disclosures.
Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and support operational goals.
