Magic Mayo is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in sales negotiation, product knowledge, communication, and problem solving. This role focuses on building customer relationships and driving sales by effectively presenting products and closing transactions. The candidate will perform accurate data entry to maintain customer records and track sales activities. This position requires a candidate with a minimum qualification of intermediate or graduation level education. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues to meet company sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product information clearly and accurately.
- Use effective sales closing techniques to convert leads into sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge to suggest solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Perform accurate data entry to document customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up activities.
- Apply solution selling methods to identify customer challenges and recommend appropriate products.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team and management to report progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to maximize sales outcomes and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while representing Magic Mayo to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
