The role involves working closely with internal departments to support data accuracy and accessibility. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel functions, to streamline data entry and reporting. This position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration and communication skills to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Conduct data searches to retrieve relevant information efficiently from databases and other sources.
Organize and manage electronic and physical documents following company guidelines.
Collaborate with accounting and commerce teams to understand and verify financial and commercial data.
Support the preparation of reports by compiling and formatting data as required.
Identify discrepancies and report any data issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data and information.
Use MS Office tools to automate routine data entry tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements regarding data handling and privacy.
