Assist in translating the management vision of the chief executive office of the group with special focus on organizational restructuring spectrum of goods & services across corporate, warehousing, logistics, in-store, supply chain, e-commerce, value addition, franchise and HoReCa portfolios of our cash & carry, home delivery, procurement and corporate lines of business. Besides assisting CEO in his day-to-day functions, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing incoming information sets, formulating recommendations and communicating decisions made by the Chief Executive and the Board of Directors 

  • Assisting Chief Executive in day-to-day management functions, sitting through all official meetings, documenting notes, drafting key messages/talking points and managing all printed, posted, telephonic, electronic and social media communication on behalf of the Chief Executive.
  • Receiving and analyzing all operational, logistic, financial, technological, sales, purchase, partnership, legal and vendor related information with sound judgement, plausible and evidence-based explanation and analytical recommendation for meritorious decision making.
  • Assisting CEO and management teams in developing and implementing organizational restructuring and reforms strategy, project management plans, resources acquisition & deployment mechanisms and implementation of consensus corporate actions.
  • Supporting implementation of the organizational change mandate and assisting relevant HR and Project Managers in mainstreaming and scaling up training, development and upskilling of key staff members in operational management as well as project governance/management disciplines as per determined framework of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Working in coherence with MCC’s executive management, heads of departments/section heads and respective department heads to ensure that right resources are assigned right responsibilities with respective specialization and coordination functions for best performance and optimum results.
