• Experienced in a wide range of Hardware / Software issues including hardware & Software troubleshooting.
  • PC & Laptop hardware fault finding & repairs.
  • Apple Mac mobile devices and desktop/laptop Software fault finding & repairs
  • Software and Operating Systems support & installations, Windows, OS X, etc.
  • Malware removal, Firewalls, security.
  • Proficiency in Mobile Phone Repair and Maintenance would be a valuable additional skill for this role.
  • Data recovery, password recovery.
  • Proven ability in achieving Service Delivery/ Process Targets and presenting reports.
  • An excellent team player with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enhanced customer service experience of more than 3 years developed by communicating efficiently with customers.
  • Broad exposure to different technologies, software development/test practices, and industries.
  • You should have a good working knowledge of computers and Apple products and be prepared to learn about new models when they arrive.
  • An ability to get on well with other team members and a positive attitude to work are essential.
