Responsibilities

Perform accurate and efficient data entry into company and distribution software systems.
Ensure data integrity and maintain high levels of accuracy across all data entries and reports.
Generate and maintain regular reports to support management and operational decision-making.
Operate and manage various data management software to streamline data processing tasks.
Work collaboratively with a team of five members to optimize workflow and meet departmental targets.
Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues encountered in the data entry or reporting processes.
Maintain confidentiality and security of information related to company and distribution operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data entry methods and software usability.
Train and guide team members on software functionalities and data management best practices.
Monitor software updates and contribute to the implementation of new features or modifications as necessary.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data exchange and reporting.
