Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls & messages in a timely manner.
  • Respond to local and international customers.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the products or services.
  • Work with multiple platforms, e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify, etc.
  • Provide detailed reports on customer insights.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Fluent in English & Urdu.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Basic knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Excel.
