We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Lead Generation Associate. This role involves problem-solving, customer interaction, and lead generation. 15-day training session will be provided to assess the candidate’s suitability for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Resolving customer-related issues and challenges
  • Generating leads and following up with potential clients
  • Collaborating with the team to meet company targets

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computers or laptops
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Lead generation experience is a plus
  • Ability to work from 4 PM to 2 AM (with a 1-hour break)
  • Hard-working and dedicated

Training:

  • 15-day training session will be conducted to evaluate the candidate’s performance and fit for the role.

Salary:

  • Basic salary: 20,000 PKR
  • Salary increase based on performance
