Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure the smooth functioning of our branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and mentor branch staff, ensuring high morale and productivity.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the branch meets performance and quality standards.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Budgeting & Reporting: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or similar industries.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
